Shipping policy

- We offer FREE Shipping on all orders.

-- Orders placed by noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via a Registered Courier Service.

-- Orders received after noon will be dispatched the next day.

-- Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

-- Delivery time is 3 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 10 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events.

-- We will need an advance payment on orders above the value of Rs.15,000. The customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.

-- Orders weighing over 5 kg will be charged Rs.100 per extra KG.
